About me

As a child I loved to draw. After graduating from high school I went to a school for commercial art and advertising design. It turned out that the restrictions of commercial art made me miserable. It killed my love for drawing and painting altogether. 

Many years and creative wanderings later, the children all grown up, I felt like giving it another go. 

To my big surprise I enjoyed it again and what I had learned many years before at art school was very useful now. 

Nowadays I only draw what inspires me.... Animals, in portrait form, their natural environment or sometimes just a little bit different.
